Right now I have 10 CS painted goundcloths" curing" in my backyard. They are of course copies of the ones produced by the Eagle Co. in Columbus GA during the war; handhemmed, turned back corners with a handsewn grommet in each corner. They be $40 each at the event or $50 shipped. Three of the ten are spoken for already and one is paid for. Due to my working at Lincoln's Home this spring and summer, plus the crappy weather this spring, this will be my only run of groundcloths this year. I'll also have with me a CS Bayley haversack ($30) and a pair of drawers made of canton flannel 36" waist made from the Bishop Hill pattern used by Joe Covais, Bill Combs, Randy Jackson and others several years ago. They are $20. I'mlokking forward to seeing everybody at the Retreat.

Six of the ten groundcloths are on hold. Tom, I will put one back for you for when the event's over. Eric, I plan on being there early to mid afternoon on Friday so you can try the drawers on then. Dan, I'll set the haversack aside until you look at it. Other than a small run of groundcloths later this summer and possibly a tent fly, or CS shelter half this is probably it for the year. Don't forget they are only $40 I noticed some used, plain, painted groundcloths going for sale for $65 and up.
