My name is Terry Sorchy. I have been a living historian for the last 26 years starting with the mudsills in 1980. I am with Mess3 and live in Wi. We are a group of like minded friends from Wi. and Ill. who do a duel impression. Most of us can also do a bang up civilian portrayal. If you have any thoughts to share, my email address is terry_sorchy@hotmail.com
I would love to see this come together. With all of the messes that have dual impressions we could put together an event that represents both sides in a believable manner.
Cheers
Terry Sorchy

Jason,
Mark Williams is technically not with the Hairy Nation Boys. The Nation are mostly from Iowa, and Mark lives in central Illinois. He doesn't get out as much as he used to, but I'm sure he would be interested when this idea comes to frutition.

Just to clarify here, Mark Williams is not a member of the Hairy Nation Boys, nor was he ever a member. I do not recall anybody by this name, but am told he has formed up in the same company with us in the past. This is just a clarification, not any kind of judgement as to what kind of person Mark Williams is, as I don't recall having met him before.

Hey Eric,
Remeber met at Corinth while in Chris' tent. Good to see you have signed on. You mentioned us carpooling to SG events. Well now we can pard at events closer to home.
If you plan on coming to the 21st meeting in Madison, you can stay at my place. My wife can order take-out like no other. Besides the meeting, Bill Brewster is going to show us some original artifacts. The Wisconsin Vets Museum contains an orginal domet shirt, shelter half, hardee hats, and a boat load of leather, tin and personal items as well as historical Wisconsin related clothing items. Worth the trip just for that.

Hey Steve,
Of course I remember you - good times in Daley's tent at Corinth.
Thanks much for the invite - would love to take advantage of your hospitality and a trip to the Wisconsin Veterans Museum. Unfortunately, I found a cheap flight out to DC, so I'm heading to the SG's meeting next weekend, so two weekends in a row are a tough sell at home. Look forward to hooking up with you in the future though - I'm really excited by the prospects of this.
