Impression: Federal, yes that basic, we are not looking to recreate an event or have one of those great period moments that we will remember for seasons to come. Just looking to learn some thing new and also to dust off the cobwebs from the long winter.

Bring dog tents and poles if you have them. if you have an A-tent that you would like to have see the light of day feel free to bring it. We may also be fortunate enough to have the use of two Sibley tents.  

The weekend will be filled with the following activities:

• School of the Soldier trifecta  Scott's Hardee's & Casey's.
• School of the Company
• Bayonet, Skirmish & Battalion drill
• Some pointers on Confederate uniforms
• Helpful tips and tricks with research at state archives
• Sentinels, pickets & defensive patrols
• Some how to's on engaging artillery and cavalry
• Small unit Offensive tactics and over coming obstacles
